Once again Blockbuster has proven, beyond a doubt, that they have no intention of honoring or providing any customer service. In response to my latest email, which was sent June 15, I finally rec'd a phone message, on July 28, from someone who spoke very broken english and didn't quite know what or how to say what he was trying to say. What I was able to understand, was "they checked the cards and they haven't been activated" . NO KIDDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I knew that all along. That's been the jist of my complaint. Is crediting and activating the gift cards too much to ask. There has to be a check and balance system in place somewhere, to determine what gift cards were given to what stores. Blockbuster can STUFF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
