Mail order items I purchased through Atlas Editions a scale model of the Flying Scotsman steam train and sent of the money due for this to the address on their invoice; that being Atlas Editions, PO Box 2367, Freepost SCE15388, Swindon SN3 4BR. I keep now getting reminders that I haven't paid for this item. I paid it by Postal Orders that I crossed A/C only. For any body else who may have a complaint against this company I did notice that when my parcel with the item inside I had ordered arrived it actually came from somewhere in France and NOT Swindon. As I noticed when I opened up your website it seems I am not the only one who has been caught out by this company. I am so pleased that I have kept the Postal Order Stubbs for the item I purchased in case of any come backs. I would definitely not recommend this company to any one else. As your other complainers have discovered this company does not have a website or telephone number to be able to get in touch with them and any respectable company would have at least a telephone number for customers/clients to be able to contact them. Never use this company for any purchases in any shape of form. A real con. Dee

Same here, my husband cancelled, by phone, and still items arriving, have contacted trading standards, today by e-mail, awaiting reply, j gibson, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY !!!!!!!!!

Dont touch this company with a barge pole.

I cancelled my account several months ago and yes,you guessed it,I received yet another item.Have rang and e mailed many times for a refund having returned the unwanted item.

It is now several months I have been waiting. This company is like having a monkey on your back.

Head office based in Switzerland....say no more !! Totally hopeless !!

Ive had loads of trouble with this company.Cancelled twice,still sent goods.Sent a bill that I had already paid to a debt collection agency and are now sending reminders for other amounts that have already been stopped from my credit card.A company that everyone should be wary of,and just because you may have had good service in the past wont guarantee you wont be a victim in the future.For anyone worried about county court proceedings,remember that county courts are there to give fair judgement.If you have proof of payment you will be alright.Always make a counterclaim for expenses once you have proved to the court that payment has been made.

I Purchased human body cards from Atlas Editions for some time with no problems. Then after a payment I received reminders.

I have telephoned and written, even providing proof of payment. Now instead of an apology I have received a debt collectors letter. I am concerned as to how this is going to impact on my credit rating, plus the embarrasment of possible a court hearing, and wished I had never had dealing with the Company.

i have been told that their accounts department are in Switzaland but I cannot get in touch with them

The company does provide with full address, telephone number and web details and to my knowlege has over the past several years, I being a customer of theirs and a satisfied customer at that. I have had a good experience and I have always received good service from this French company. Sometime ago I cancelled a order and received a cheque refund promptly. I don't dispute what has happened here and it is unfortunate.
