I am totally disappointed with the Sterling Plumbing. After ordering all Kohler/Sterling bathroom fixtures for my renovation, we waited about a month for the shower pan, which arrived at the retailer cracked. The retailer ordering this product, Ferguson Plumbing, called to arrange to have a replacement expedited ... this took nine days even though -- when I called directly to Sterling to inquire about it -- Sterling said the item was in stock! Then Sterling missed the promised shipment date.
