112 E. Seminary Dr. Suite B , Ft. Worth, Tx ( Get a Phone) Payed for longdistance and caller Id etc... on friday last week and none yet. Called Sat. they said 24 business hours , Called monday they said it was 24 to 48 business hours, Called Tuesday said Technical difficulties, Called Wensday said the Supervisor put the order for Thur. Called Thurs and they said it would be that night, Ask for a Supervisor they said her name is Ruby and she did not have an extention and would not put one on the phone . Now it is Friday. Please help , I either want the service or my money back.
