My daughter is at university at Pretoria and I reported her internet line fault three days ago. I stated to 10212 that my daughter was only available in the afternoon and there was a maid on Friday who could let them in. I left my number as I can arrange for the owner to let Telkom in. I have now found out Telkom went to the residence yesterday when my daughter was not there. They did not bother to phone! My daughter has an enormously big project to do and has to have her internet working. She is going to fail because of the poor service from Telkom. I have searched for a customer care number and yet to no avail. Please help!!!
