I am currently in the military and I have been stationed across seas for 3 years. So you can guess my reaction when I pulled my credit report and it said I owed $729.00 for dialing 10 10 123. At the time the credit report said that account was opend I was stationed in korea. You cannot dial 10 10 123 from korea and expect to get connected. That specific long distance option is for US residents only. When I tried to contact the agency via phone call I got no satisfaction at all. Every time I called they said they couldn't help me and to call back. Does any one know a good e-mail address or phone number for them?
