I have been a sprint customer for three years as of 2 in half months my phone service has been turned off. and minutes added on that was never used on telephone. I can not tell you what its like to send alot of money over 200 dollars and starting again this month. I refuse to give you money as i have gave 103 almot every month when my bill sometimes only was 89. on the bill. I hada very bad experance . with a woman worker there she was playing with me and i know when i use my phone and when i dont / last mouth i s when started i sent in 78 dollar because i was told i used up my minutes than 4 days later my phone was sut off i gave 50 to put back on . than again service shut off i was told i needed 79 to put back on . than you the following mouth start thi again on me .
this time i herd a man on my phone today talking spanish person. I have no idea whats going on but some one better retore my phone as i am about to call shame on you they investegate when customers are treated like we are lyeing here. I can not tell you when i asked to speak to managers i was told i used up the minutes you better face it and pay . why are there people dealing with the public like this can some one take care of this matter right away thank you as i have no phone service and i will not pay for i did not touch the phone and i feel i am beeing cheated.
