Bally's - St. Louis Park, MN I went to Bally's St. Louis Park for a family membership last year. We had agreed on a price of $69.99 and was told to come back with the necessary information to sign the contract. To my surprise they have managed to swap the documents and changed the price to $97 a month without my knowledge and agreement. The contract doesn't have my signature and initials on it but they continue to ask I pay the $97 contract rate. It has been 7 months now and it is still not resolved.
