The move had been scheduled and contracted for 3 months. Two day before pickup, we had not heard from them regarding the exact time they would arrive. I called several times and they said they "would check and get back with me". Nobody called back, including Sheldon Williams, the booking specialist who had helped with the contract, scheduling and getting our deposit. Finally, a woman left a voice mail that the move had been cancelled. Marisa in customer service, said they could not return our $500 deposit since our "file had been closed" and that we would have to protest the charge with our credit card company to get the money back. We still don't have our refund. And, we have had to hire another company to move our son to college -- paying much more since the turnaround time is so short. He will have to begin college with no furniture or housewares due to the poor business practices of Patriot Moving. And they ended up with our $500!!!
