Simple.... Purchased set of speakers in 1976..... LIFE TIME WARANTY.....NO TIME LIMIT They can not repair the speaker, and the say they have no exact replacement for it. Want to replace with a much

lower cost and quality speaker. I won't accept it. I would rather take the loss rather than turn these speakers over to them. I want to keep this waranty over their heads.....just in case
