I must rank this outfit as the worst airport shuttle service I have ever used. Absolutley terrible. Late, unsafe, inefficient. I've suffered with them for a while because they're one of the only outfits in the Washington, D.C. area, but one recent failure killed it for me. On the day of I was to leave on an international trip, Super Shuttle called to tell me that the ride I'd booked months in advance wasn't going to show up. "We don't have any drivers," the woman said. What the hell? They are morons. Their offices are staffed by morons. Their shuttles are staffed by morons who get lost, don't obey traffic rules and drive while chatting on cell phones. I recommend any other mode of transportation: taxi, bus, train; you'll probably get their with less hassle if you freakin' walk.
