Hauppauge, N.Y. 11788 This business is very disorganized and the front desk service is poor. I cancelled my memebership after my one year term and the gym continued to bill me and when I went there to rectify the situation Elaina ( the billing person) reponse was "oh well" "too bad" "not my problem" what kind of customer service skills is that? I know alot of people who have had problems with them in the past. This is an ongoing situation and it needs to be resolved. Erica
