Hi, I bought a sofa-set in Jan 2002 along with a warranty for 7 years. In 2004(I do not remember the exact date) I found that seat springs are loose and I call this guys. He ask me when this happen and I told casually that may be few weeks before. My claim was denied with the reason that I didn't report it within 5 days. I did find this in their warranty certificate written in fine letters, but, I didn't know about this before talking to them. I call them again today for back spring broken problem but they denied again with reason of accumulation of previous problem. I think this Stainsafe just deny maximum claim like this as no body read the fine print. This is a just cheating customer.Also they should be writing this warranty conditions in bold also while dealer selling this kind of warranty, they should also tell customer about these conditions.
