I purchased a Toyota Camry in May 2004 which was financied through Toyota Financial Services. Since the inception of this account, I have experienced nothing but problems. Each month I faithfully and timely forward my monthly payment and a principle only payment to Toyota Financial Services. Despite the fact I am following their regulations, as stated on their billing statement, to the letter, TFS continues to post my principle only payments as regular payments. They often do not send billing statements and consistently send them late. When I request a copy of my statement, TFS drags their feet in responding, and the statements are never correct. I was actually told once I have no legal right to a copy of my statement.
I have written a letter with each monthly payment I forward and NEVER received a response. I have written TFS numerous times and rarely received a response and issues presented have NOT been addressed. I have written Yuki Funo, President of Toyota, 44 times and he has NEVER responded.
If anyone has suggestions or knows of any class action suits against this company, please let me know.
