ABC Harell / photo package not delivered

First of all I had called for my senior picture package to be sent because it had not arrived for abotu one month. i called various times and each time they said they kept sending it out and it never got here according to them they said it was bay point when i kept telling them it was pittsburg. i kept calling and asking them what they were doing becasue it had been almost 1month and half after they said i shoudl have recieved it. i called and they finally gave me 2 soulations and said that i had to pay 5 so that i would need to sign for the package or i had to drive 30 minute from my house to go get it and also pay a 3 bridge toll. i said i would go pick it up since it was getting to a bigger problem then what it needed to be. i talked to a guy today and i told him i had changed my mind about going all the way over there so i was willing to pay the 5 dollars and he got very upset for nothing when i was trying to make the problem better and i told him that no matter what the customer is ALWAYS right no matter what or how bad they are treating you and he told me i am going to hang up because you are giving me a lecture on customer service and said have a good day in a horrible way. so what comes to show how much ABC Harell cares about their customers. the worse company i could have ever gotten my senior ball pictures from.
