I am writing about is a automobile dealership Boulevard Dodge Chrysler to be exact, located at 2955 cote de Liesse Montreal Quebec, Canada. I purchased a used 2001 Grand Caravan around 17 months ago, and it has been one non stop problem after another. I have been back about 18 times to deal with re-occuring problems with both mechanical and structural. First off the vehicule had been involved in an accident un-beknownced to me. I had a friend who was a mechanic point it out, after bringing to their attention they flat out denied it, it was only when I had returned with a certified structural damage report they con curred. They paid the repairs of $1500.00 at their expense and did not want or wish to re negotiatethe lease agreement. Which is against codes 228 and 2253 of the consumers protection act. They never returned my calls when I called saying the president was always on vacation, on lunch, in a meeting or stepped out for the day How convenient. That's that problem in a nut shell I could comment more on this topic alone but I do not think there is enogh space. Second was mechanical plagued problems. Changing same pieces more than once i.e Power steering pump, tension belts with benders, compressor for A/C catalytic converter etc.. etc.. I am gone beyond metiators now and am pursuing more higher authorative measures, while my vehicle was in the garage for repairs I even had to pay for the rental of the vehicle 246.65 dollars to be exact. And to top it off the check engine light is now on just 2 days after picking up the vehicle. I got a REAL LEMON and am now paying the price. So to all people reading complaints and you are in the province of Quebec, Montreal, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE from this dealership you might be subjected to the same aggrivasion it's causing me and my family, The dealer once again is Boulevard Dodge Chrysler Jeep 2000 inc. or go to their web site www.boulevarddodge.com, and e-mail them on how can they take advantage of a hard working family, who just wanted a vehicle that was more mechanically sound and structured accordingly.
