Vonage VOIP Customer Service is lowsy! Ive had my vonage account activated for 3 weeks now and my number transfer still has not gone through. Meaning no one can call me because my home number now says it is disconnected. Ive contacted Vonage 2-3 times a week now for 3 weeks and still have not gotten this resolved. My attempts to find someone to yell at there only get me promices of call backs that STILL have never happened either. In addition to the number transfer problem, they have been unable to activate 911 dialing for my address. Even though Ive been promised on 3 occasions that it has now gone through I still do not have it. The run-around is the worst part of this ordeal. For most of my Free Month from the Refer-a-friend deal I have not been able to receive calls and every bit of my 500 minutes from my plan has been spent calling Vonage support! Qwest who I thought was so bad has never treated me like this. Eric
