National City Bank. Englewood, Ohio - wouldn't cash their own check National City Bank. Englewood, Ohio - wouldn't cash their own check
On July 29th, 2005 I went to the National City bank on National road in Englewood Ohio to cash a payroll check that had the Business name written clearly on the check and was itself a National City check.
I do not have an account there so two forms of ID are required plus your thumbprint on the check, I used my driver's license and my Firearm Owner Identification card issued by the city of Dayton which has my picture ID and SSI number printed on it. I've been cashing my payroll checks there with these two IDs for the past 4 months. The bank manager mentioned that it was not an appropriate form of second ID and had the nerve to threaten to call the police when I became upset.
