I ordered a loose ruby from Direct Shopping Network on May 22, 2005, paid for it by M/O and as of today July 28, 2005 I have yet to receive it. Their "customer service manager "Hal" told me they were doing me a favor by selling it to me and letting me pay by M/O. Bad customer service and continuous lies from them have helped me decide to discontinue doing business with them. It seems like they don't bother to please their customers but lie to them to get them off the phone. Bad organizational skills plus a lack of conscience can only lead to their downfall.
