This customer received a full refund for this order, and received $71 in free merchandise. Our shipping department made a mistake and we did our best to correct it. We have very few customers complaints and we process and ship a large number of orders successfully every day.


July 24, 2005 - Consumer Message: did not deliver as promised. I ordered 3 seperate orders from jordan almonds to be used at my daughters wedding on 7/22/05. I only recieved a partial shipment on one of the orders. my orders were for $72.76, 72.76 and $144.76.

We recieved only $72 worth of merchandise. We emailed many times with no response and continuously called the phone line but each time the answering machinemessage is that the mailbox is full. This added so much stress to the wedding planning it was terrible. Do not order off this company, if you look at the other complaints you see that the response from the company shows that they really don't care about thier customers.
