We have received a new hard drive from Dell for our Laptop on the 17th of July, same day we made an appointment with someone to install (2 days later). We found out it was not a hard drive problem and so far the computer runs OK. We called Dell to let them know and that we're sending the hard drive back. The hard drive was picked up on the 22nd July by DHL. We had the invoice sign by the driver. The same day we received a bill from Dell. We were very surprised and annoyed. This is definitely not a very "costumer friendly" habit. We're being very polite in choosing our words here.
