Orlando, FL 32817 Extremely aggressive sales people. Told me multiple times that they were Universal Studios and that my package would be $498.00. I told them I could not afford that and was told OK, how is $398.00 with 98.00 now and 50.00 a month for 4 months. I thought I could do that sounded convincing especially since I really enjoy Universal Studios. Got the package in the mail and was told that no it is $498.00 with 98.00 now and 75.00 a month for 4 months. I disputed immediately and sent an email cancelling this package. I was given a 15 day window to cancel I did within 4 days. This company is totalling ignoring me now. I have sent multiple emails cancelling product and received a n email saying that cancellation ticket was created. However going online my account is still active and have had no refund. I called Universal Studios and was advised that this is a fraudulent sale and there is no connection with this travel agency. I have made formal complaints to: Orlando Better Business Bureau

I was lied to by the sales person on so many counts it's not even funny. I don't feel like detailing all the lies again but I have taken action. Better Business Bureau, FTC, my bank, my state's Attorney General along with Florida's AG, and tomorrow ill probably inform the police/sheriff that serves me and the sheriff of the Orlando area.

I advise anybody else whom have had issues with this company to do the same. If enough people report to any of the above, this company will get taken down.

This sounds exactly the same as the problem I am having with ETourandTravel,Inc.I tried to cancel the vacation the first week after being told I had 15 days to do so but they refused to cancel. I realized I had been given fraudalent information. I guess I have just given them the money for free.

Absolutely, unfortunately I was sucked into their scam. They called me almost immediately after I had made Hotel reservations in Florida. Highly suspicious of a shared database of Florida travelers released to them my phone number and information.

Thus, confusing me that they were a legit company, working with the same hotel, Florida vacation spots, etc.

I was burnt fully. The $298 is not the only charge, they will DRAIN your checking account dry. Treat you rudely if you can get a hold of a representative and drive home some sort of bologna about a 15 day cancellation TOS contract that is fraudulent.

If they call you, email you or snail mail you - do yourselves a favor and steer clear of these dishonest, rude and deceitful scammers!!!!!
