We were shopping for flooring and deciding between carpet or laminate. The laminate store was provided the architects drawings with room dimensions and they quoted us a price which we thought was wonderful. When the installation began they continuously requested additional money for additional materials which added up to a great deal more money than they promised. The installer’s spears flooring damaged several walls in my home and never completed the job to this day. They have our money and we have a construction site. To this day they will not return our calls.
