My daughter is getting married on July 30, 2005. Her maid of honor, JoBeth Gross died tragically in an airplane crash on May 21, 2005. I contacted the store in St. Clairsville to ask if the down payment could be refunded to the family. I was told NO! I would have to pay for the dress and then the amount could be used as an in-store credit. This was not as though the girl was no longer going to be in the wedding because of a disagreement, She Died.

I think an exception should have been made in this case. The sales manager, Terri was also very rude and she never bothered to contact the home office.
