Hue Service (Kolkata, India) - Transcend RAM for Laptop

I had bought a Transcend 256 MB RAM module for my Toshiba Satellite Pro Laptop last year (around April 2004) from HUE SERVICE (KOLKATA, INDIA). However, in June 2005, it failed and stopped functioning. I handed the RAM back to Hue Service around the first week of June for replacement as it was still under warranty. On constant follow up, they kept committing some date for delivering the new RAM but failed every time. In spite of all my chasing, neither have they given me a standby RAM module nor have they given me a new one. Even after one and a half months, they cannot tell me when the RAM will arrive. Without this RAM, I have not been able to use my laptop for the last 6 weeks which is hampering my work. I had also written about this incident to the head quarters of Transcend in Taiwan on 6th of July 2005 and again on 10th of July. But I have still not received any reply from them. I urge all of you reading this not to go in for any Transcend product and not to have any dealings with Hue Service (Kolkata, India) so that you don't have to suffer the way I am suffering. Usually Most of the Dealers do not provide service for Branded Products one has to contact either the Manufacturer or authorised service dealers. However, it is a known fact that TRANSCEND is a hopeless product and not at all reliable. It is a record I would have tried atleast 20 transcend pen drives belonging to different people who wanted to open it in my PC But no chance it never recognised. Always insist on SANDISK it is very much reliable and there support is superb. When the Manufacturer in TAIWAN did not respond to your complaint how do you expect HUE services would had got entertained I think Hue attempted to serve but failed to provide service due to poor response from their respective dealer which is usually not in there scope.

I am Satyender Kumar, R/o Block P-3/421,422 Sultan Puri Delhi 110086. I bought a DDR2 667mhz JetRam from RACHIT COMPUTERS G-5/36, SATYA BHAWAN, COMM. COMPLEX, WAZIRPUR, INDUSTRIAL AREA DELHI-110052 on NOV-2007. I connected this Ram in my PC, My PC was starting incorrect functioning Like memory error during installation of software or copying data. I went that shop than shop kipper took that RAM for replacement or repair but whenever he give me repaired RAM i got problem like, 1. display is not comming, 2. Windows gets corrupted, 3. Memory Errors etc. I went that shop more than 6 times.
