I had bought a Transcend 256 MB RAM module for my Toshiba Satellite Pro Laptop last year (around April 2004) from HUE SERVICE (KOLKATA, INDIA). However, in June 2005, it failed and stopped functioning. I handed the RAM back to Hue Service around the first week of June for replacement as it was still under warranty. On constant follow up, they kept committing some date for delivering the new RAM but failed every time. In spite of all my chasing, neither have they given me a standby RAM module nor have they given me a new one. Even after one and a half months, they cannot tell me when the RAM will arrive. Without this RAM, I have not been able to use my laptop for the last 6 weeks which is hampering my work. I had also written about this incident to the head quarters of Transcend in Taiwan on 6th of July 2005 and again on 10th of July. But I have still not received any reply from them. I urge all of you reading this not to go in for any Transcend product and not to have any dealings with Hue Service (Kolkata, India) so that you don't have to suffer the way I am suffering. I connected this Ram in my PC, My PC was starting incorrect functioning Like memory error during installation of software or copying data. I went that shop than shop kipper took that RAM for replacement or repair but whenever he give me repaired RAM i got problem like, 1. display is not comming, 2. Windows gets corrupted, 3.
