American Reading Club
Dear American Reading Club- I received a phone call from you guys about two weeks ago and you told me that I have been entered into your sweepstakes. You also tried to get me to sign up for a subscription to some magazines and at first I said yes but than when James(customer service) called me back to confirm I told him that I cannot afford to do it and to cancel. He said that would be no problem. I was just looking at my online banking and saw that you guys charged me for it anyways. I am not happy because I cannot afford to pay that in the first place. PLEASE remove that from my account and do not charge me again. Thank you-
