Dear Sirs, On Feb 2, 2005 I ordered via Internet a set of 3 Japanese Catanas from Company “KING OF SWORDS” which until today have not reached my hand. The amount was charged on my credit card the very same day.

Despite my repeated efforts to find out the whereabouts of these swords (code EGETK748BL4) and/or any relevant clue (description of parcel, numbers, accompanying documents and/or manifests) to enable me trace these items, I have constantly been mocked, fooled, pulled and hung-up. I have even applied to the American Embassy here in Athens, who declared they could do absolutely nothing. Is this correct? What are the ethics of this company?

They grab the money and go? We have no rights? What is going on? I would highly appreciate your assistance and your investigation as I find it beyond any imagination to leave these people unpunished! These swords were meant to be one last gift to a person that passed away waiting with hope these items to arrive. I will dedicate my life to pursue this company even if I have to travel overseas. I hope you can do something about this-thank you-
