I have been for several years purchasing region one DVD's from a WEB company, DVDWorldUSA.com based orginally in Fort Lauderdale and then moved to Bonita Springs Florida.

Just recently however, I have been getting some frustrating problems, the non delivery of paid- for- in- advance ordered DVD's, DVDWorldUSA operate a system where by they administrate the customer's actual cost of purchase via Worldpay.com, in turn these people will not deal with any problems relating to non delivery and it appears that DVDWorldUSA are reluctant to accept that it is their respnsibility to make sure that their customers receive the goods that they have paid for.

Can anyone out there advise me what action I can take??
