To whom so ever it may concerned This is bring to your notice that I have a Videocon washing M/C model VNA-911 purchased on Dec-2000 at Jamshedpur. In the same month there was some problem in the main controller. The same had been rectified by your service Engr. &#160Again in the month of Dec-2002 the M/S stopped functioning. Upon complaint , I was told that the controller needs to be replaced. The same had been replaced on Dec-2002 with a cost of Rs2200/- ( cost + labour) The M/C had stopped functioning again in the month of Dec-2004. The service Engr says that again you are required to replace the controller. &#160With this &#160my cost &#160of repairing within 4 years would be more than Rs6000/- which would 70-80% of the cost of the new M/C What is important here is that, with the kind of competition that is going in the market place especially after the market share is totally taken by the MNC's, I personally believe that Videocon international needs to be more aggressive in the customer care front. But here the situation is entirely different. Also I would feel it important to be mentioned that, the attitude and service of the &#160local office is not at all satisfactory. I would like your interference here to find the root cause of the problem and solve it forever instead of giving pain to the customer to spend Rs

2000/- on every 15-18 months. Currently the M/C is under breakdown. Hoping an early response from you. Rgards
