Unfortunately, we experienced delay for the shipment here in the USA and in Saudi Arabia. PYRAMIDS gave us wrong documents that made another delay charge in the port of Saudi Arabia, and couldn’t release the cars without correcting the polices. Finally, the cars arrived damaged on top of each other because the wrong way of loading the cars inside the container. On October we sent Pyramids Travel & Shipping the following: Six cars to be shipped to Jeddah, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia #

We sent them the cars via (Key Auto Transportation)* We sent them the original titles for all the cars via FedEx (Tracking # 845044776011)* We Contacted (Alzaytouna newspaper) that PYRAMIDS have their add on, and they told us that they have been looking after Pyramids Travel & Shipping and they don’t have any information about them. We contacted the company many times and left different massages and never got answered. The company’s voice mails were full and we couldn’t leave any massages. Mr.Ahmad Abraham disconnected his cell phone and we couldn’t get a hold of him till today. We sent him massages via friends and relatives of him. And there were no responds. We contacted Police Department in Tulsa, OK and they refered us to the Police Department in Houston, TX. We called Houston Police Department and got calim # 191196704J. We contacted our insurance company, and couldn’t get help from them. We contacted the US custom, but they couldn’t release any information to us. Finally, Mr.Ahmad Abraham sent us a bill of $2,000 and he is holding our paper work. Now we are scared because we heard that he is going out of business and he is in his way to close the company and might leave the country. We hope you are the right department who could help us to.
