Elmsford, NY 10523 I just can not believe that this is happening to me. I received a letter from RMCB a collection agency in reg. To a product that it said I had ordered and never paid for. I never ordered the product, never received the product and it does not even have the correct name on it. My first name is correct and so is my address, but it has my last name as something total different. I am not married and have never been married. So what do I do? Any advice, I need help with this issue. Peggy
