They ask for all money to be paid up front by December 1 or you are 'subject' to a penalty. However, there is no penalty fee stated on their contract and it is subject to whatever amount they feel like charging at the time. Their website also does not state what their cancellation fee is. I was late in making my payment and was told I would have to pay an additional fee of $150. When I asked why, they could not explain it. I asked if they were out $150 because of my late payment and they could not answer that question. The late fee was simply a 'slap on the wrist' and a way to make even more money from me.
