I have been on the telephone numerous times with Improvements regarding a Pre-lit Christmas tree that I had ordered. When I received it, I could not get the bottom of the tree to lite up. I informed the company and they were to credit my account of $168,77.
I have checked with my bank and credit card I would use and Neither show a credit in that amount added back. This morning I still called informing them that no credit has been received. It is their would that they have done so........What would you believe????
