Exactly 1 year ago I paid for $400 dollars of candy for my school. Candy never arrived and I have not been able to get them to send refund. They don't respond to emails, phone calls, faxes or letters.

On a web complaint site their response was "the matter had been taken care of." It has NOT been. These people are frauds and THIEVES! They should be prosecuted and shut down. Pam M

Karen from ebulkcandy is not telling the truth. I have had NO communication from them and certianly NO REFUND. It has now been over 5 months.

I work in a middle school. In Sept I placed a $400 order for a school party. I specified delivery by Oct. 19 2004. No candy ever arrived. I cancelled the order and was promised a full refund. It has been 3 months and they fail to send refund. Voicemail is full. Both email addresses do not respond neither does their fax numbers.
