I receivied a letter that my granddaughters poem was to be published in the book "expressions" ISBN: (0-9743429-7-1) which I had submitted to you as a surprise to her. I paid for the book on October 10, 2004 and did receive the book which was lost or mislaid during the Thanksgiving, Christmas Holidays.

Would like to receive another book, at the cost of the one that was mislaid but haven't been able to reach your e-mail address (Email User) it tell me that the address has been changed. Before I try reaching you by phone, please respond to this e-mail asap.
