Sprint Pcs My phone just recently got cut off due to what sprint stated was overages; I had been billed for calling information in which I had not called at all. I phone called sprint pcs and spoke with a Karen longon id: handre03 and she stated that I needed to pay for that charge or else my service was going to be disconnected and laughed at me. I told her that I wanted to speak to her supervisor and she continued to state that she was the supervisor and that her manager just left the area and that I could not speak to one and that someone would contact me in 24 hours.
I purposely tested sprints ability to apply good customer service skills however they failed miserably. They lied to me first by stating that they could not tell me what those other charges were and than they told me !!!! Then she stated that their was no adjustments to be made and I told her that I had not made any 1411 or 411 calls on my phone well she and several other people laughed in the background and she asked me for an alternate number whereby I could be contacted and I asked her to speak to a manager and she stated to me that there is no manager around and I stated to her you just told me that a manager was listening to the phone call when I first expressed frustration with this account now there is no-one around ?????
Ms. Karen has lied several times and appeared to be a very sexiest in nature person to my request her tone was very reprehensible and she was not willing to work with me at all - - - I have not made no 411 calls on my phone it has web interface that will look up every phone number automatically whereby you do not have to dial 411 - I thank this is what gives sprint a bad name with supervisors like this when the customer is frustrated and disgusted with being over billed over and over and over and over (I have caught unauthorized charges on everyone of my bills with sprint Ive just gotten tired of the harassing phone calls I get from their customer service) They have the attitude that they are right and we are always wrong the only way we get some justice with sprint is to state we are canceling our service and than someone sometimes will listen!!!!!!
