I SENT AN ORDER TO FLAGSONLINE.COM AUGUST 13, 2004 WITH A PERSONAL CHECK FOR 1 BIG FLAG, 1 GARDEN FLAG, 1 GARDEN FLAG HOLDER/STAND.
I SENT IN A 2ND ORDER TO FLAGSONLINE.COM ON AUGUST 17TH WITH A PERSONAL CHECK FOR 1 GARDEN FLAG.
WELL HERE IT IS JANUARY 7, 2005 AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY ORDER OR MY CHECKS BACK.
I HAVE EMAILED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LEAST 4 OR MORE TIMES WITH ALL THE INFORMATION, I CALLED THEIR 1800 NUMBER MANY MANY TIMES AND ALL I EVER GET IS A BUSY SIGNAL. I EVEN SENT THEM A LETTER.
I HAVE ONLY GOTTEN 2 RESPONSES BACK ONCE WHEN THE HURICANES HIT FLORIDA AND THAT'S WHY THERE WAS A DELAY IN SENDING OUT ORDERS AND A 2ND TIME TO SAY SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO ME WHEN THEY FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER. WELL I'M STILL WAITING.
I HAVE EVEN TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THEIR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THEY DIDN'T SEND ME BACK MY 2 CHECKS I SENT THEM MONTHS AGO. STILL NO RESPONCE. ALL I WANT IS BOTH OF MY CHECKS RETURNED BACK TO ME ASAP AND THEY WON'T EVEN DO THAT.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS ON LINE IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.
