MLS listing with salebyownersrealty.com

On 5-29-2004 I purchased a MLS listing with salebyownersrealty.com for $458.50 The next day I was e-mailed that they did not have an agent in my area and my money would be refunded. They do not return my calls or e-mail. I'm being charged interest on my charge card since 6-2004.

I've contacted BBB, CA Atty Gen and Liguna Beach, CA police dept. I'm still waiting.

My next step is to take out a newpaper ad in Liguna
