ACN Long Distance (Alberta, Canada)

My wife called to cancel our long distance and they said that she would have to call Telus to cancel. So she called Telus. They started to laugh when she told them that she wanted to cancel ACN as being our long distance carrier.

So she called them back again and received the same answer. So she called Telus again and the same thing, meanwhile we are paying a monthly fee for being signed up for their service. It only makes sense to cancel with a carried you would call the carrier and cancel but we keep getting the run around. What a waste of time.

Do not deal with this company they are nothing but a pain in the but. Try Wintel we have had nothing but good service from them.
