Here's what I was posting on ALL their "support" emails or instant messaging window.
Subject: Template Monster Ripped me off.
Message: I was previously charged three times by your online system on 12/8. Your website kept telling me that my credit card cold not be proccessed as I tried to purchase a logo, so I tried entering it again, for a total of three times. However, it WAS actually charging me each of those three times. It took me the better part of my day to clear this up with your staff. Needless to say, I never received the logo I purchased and it took forever to get the charges removed from my account. That was on 12/8/04.
Now, I notice that there are three MORE additional charges from your company, for about the same amount. I feel like I am completely being ripped off now. The charges were placed on 12/13/04 and are from "CHECK AND BILL MERIMAC FR".
Attached is the evidence of that, can someone please explain why I'd be charged 5 days later when I was already credited and disputed the first three charges? Or why you're even charging me at all? This is a complete rip off and I want to be reimbursed immediately.
Not only have I not heard any answers on this, but I tried your "supposed" 24/7 support, which no one responded to. I left messages on your phone service which cut me off while I was leaving the message each time. I even emailed your billing department and have heard NOTHING in response. So now I'm trying this "submit a ticket" form which I've aslo gotten no response from.
