Chevy S-10 pickup / Repair service

I bought a 2001 S-10 pickup truck from about two months ago. last week i noticed a bad power steering leak under it. I have a extended warrenty that cost me over $ 1.000.00.

I took it there this morning, they check it out, and called me and said the parts to fix it are not coverd by the warrenty, they said it will cost me $ 309.00 to have it repaired. I dont have the money now, so i could not get it repaired. They said i should not drive it because it could burn the pump up. I feel very let down this. Im stuck without driving.
