Hamilton beach Brew station 47114

Brought a Hamilton Beach Brew Station model #47114 at Wal Mart 90 days ago and are now having problems. The spout will start leaking and leak hot coffee all over the counter. Now the light will start blinking and the only way to stop it is unplug the unit.
