Cooltoys.com has to be the absolute worst company. I ordered a black ninja 4stroke pocketbike racer for my son for christmas. The bike never came when it was due so for about 10 days -2 weeks I called everyday and did not get an answer.

Funally, the day before christmas a grayand pink 2 stroke arrived. I have not been able to get through to the company since. The person who I talked to who was very rude and disrespectful was Gloria the number to the place is 800-246-6208.
