ON the DAY that Cingular traded towers with a Virginia company I started having terrible quality of service.

Many times, I dialed a phone number from my Contact List and got a different Person!!! IT took three or four tries to get the person I was calling. AT the same time the person I was calling got calls fromi other people!!!!This is rediculous. And it continues to happen. I get people calling me who have dialed the right number but they are connected to me.

Now, tonight I dialed a number that I dialed yestderday and the dialing process just stopped. ONe of the other phone lines I have was used and they got a busy signal.

This was to be an important first meeting between friends and now I cannot commuicate with them.

Of course I am held hostage by early termination fees but I really don't care if I keep this phone service now. I feel like I've been hung out to dry by the Greedy Telecomes once again!!!!!!!!!

I believe that I will be calling Time Warner Cable to discuss having a home phone again, as my cellular service is now too unreliable to depend on at all.
