I would like to complain about the GAPS (Government Assistance Programs) directory. There phone number is 1-800-915-5768 ext. 67. They promise to provide you with information on grants, loans, and assistance.

They charge $295.00 for this directory and promise a full refund if you are refused by three agencies. I found that the directory is full of incorrect addresses and phone numbers.

The numbers that did work, informed me that I did not meet the requirements for any assistance. The GAPS directory, refused to refund my money. They will not provide an address. The program is a scam
