January 6, 2005 Sir/Madam: We purchased a brand new PVR 5800 at a cost of $500.00 which developed a clicking sound as the disc was turning. We sent it to Bell which was replaced with a refurbished machine. This machine worked only for one month. Movies started skipping during recording.

When I called Bell, they said "too bad so sad". It is surprising that a big organization like Bell has such poor after sales service. I would appreciate if my PVR is replaced after paying such a big amount. Mavanur R. S
