I used parkingticket.com because i saw it on TV and they said that 100% guarantee. I had 2 tickets for a broken mirror. Instead of paying to nyc I used parkingticket.com.

I had to pay half of the ticket for their service. Each ticket was $45. So i paid total $45.00 to parkingticket.com in advance. But i found guilty on initial hearing. And I had to pay for the ticket to avoid another added penalty. So I paid full amount with an appeal letter to NYC. Because NYC got paid already, I don't think they are going to respond to me.

When I asked for the refund to Parkingticket.com, they said they need hearing determination letter. Do i have to wait indefinately for an unlikely response? I ended up not only paying my original ticket but plus half of them to parkingticket.com.
