5139321550 Product was ordered from Greentree on 8/12/04 and was informed would be 12 weeks for delivery. In november i contacted company looking for product and was told it would be 7-10 days. In December I called asking for refund and got no call back. I sent email to company and reply stated no refunds all sales final. I have called the company but have never recieved a call back, even leaving messages for the president.

No call back for over 3 weeks. I finally talked to the local salesman and he told me I could get the product in late January (26 weeks after ordering) or wait for the refund. He told me the company does not have the money for all the refunds that people are requesting.

I told him that was not my problem. I want a refund for a product that I never recieved(Total $1009.01). The company is handing out documents that say it is part of the Better Business Bureau although it was kicked out with over 200 complaints. The company also has over 100 complaints to the attorney general of Ohio.
