Dear Sir, I purchased one color television Bazooka in 1998, under the MONEY BACK SCHEME-1998 launched by VIDEOCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED The company issued me a security bond bearing no E/00038514 dated 8.7.1998 which got matured on 8.07.2004 after an expiry of 6 years. Now the company was supposed to pay me a sum of Rs 14990/- on maturity dated . I have sent the copy of security bond along with the relevant documents as required by the company with the corporate office in Mumbai on 12.6.04 and 27-10-04.I received acknowledgement card on 3.11.04. with the seal of videocon limited dated 30.10.04 Now, more than two months have lapsed but I have not received any information till date in spite of my emails & telephonic calls at your offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Aurangabad. I will be highly oblized if you can pursue the case with videocon international at 171/C Mittal court, 17th floor, Nariman point Mumbai.
