Olive Branch, MS 38654 (662) 895-8780 This restaurant pulled the old "Bait & Switch" on my family and I. Bait and Switch is a form of fraud. They lured in customers (us) by advertising an "Early Bird" special meal if you arrive before 6:30PM. We arrived at 5:45PM on a Tuesday night- waited an hour to be seated and waited 20 minutes before my husband had to get the manager so we could place or drink order.

When my 79 year old mother-in-law asked for the Early Bird special - the said they were of "that" type of steak, but revealed they had a meal at a higher price. Same here, nothing but excellent service at kyoto, you cant please everyone, next time i would suggest actually arriving early for the early bird special.

In regards to the above complaint, I totally disagree. There are other early bird specials, and it sounds like that you did not request another early bird special. You know, everyone is not perfect, and sometimes restaurants sell out of some items. I assure you it is not "Bait & Switch". Every time we have eaten at Kyoto the food and service have been excellent.
